14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable 14-day period.

Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The return address and return instructions will be provided after your return request has been received.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, provided that this information was provided before the purchase.

Condition of Returned Items

You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the goods are used or damaged beyond what is necessary for such inspection, and this results in a loss in value, you may be responsible for the resulting loss in value as permitted by applicable law.

For example, damage caused by excessive use, washing, ironing, staining, tearing or other improper handling may result in a reduction of the refund to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable law.

Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so that we can assist you.
